Orlando, Florida’s Player 1 Video Game Bar has been keeping its Las Vegas expansion under wraps while it begins the construction phase, but new documents reveal the future home of cos-playing “beer-tenders” is headed to the eastside by the end of the year.

Featuring more than 50 “ice cold taps,” dozens of craft beers, and the possibility of importing its menu of ciders, meads, and sake, Player 1 is moving into the Sunrise City Plaza retail center, close to the intersection of Maryland Parkway and Karen Avenue, to the south of the Commercial Center District.

The bar will join the Escapaology escape room venue, Filipino bakeshop Goldilocks, and La Mojarra Loca Grill Mexican restaurant. The game bar is not seeking permission to serve food.

Aiming for a fourth quarter arrival, gamers can expect to pay a single cover charge for unlimited time on arcade cabinets and consoles including “Atari, NES, N64, PSX, PS4” models.

Scheduling regular “pop culture and gaming related special themed events,” the bar is already actively looking to partner with local and Nevada breweries.
