MGM GRAND — Crush plans to convert its back room into a Greek restaurant in mid-August. Greek Sneek plans to have its own bar, kitchen, and entrance on the casino floor. The menu from Billy DeMarco features flatbreads, charred octopus, salads, saganaki, and branzino, plus pita bread, and lamb, chicken, and beef wraps cooked in a wood-burning oven. [LVRJ]
