CraftHaus Brewery in Henderson lands two new brewers who take over from Steve Brockman and Steph Cope, who head back to Australia.
Cameron Fisher takes over as head brewer and Bryson Bauducco becomes the new assistant brewer.
Fisher started home brewing a decade ago while attending the University Nevada, Las Vegas. He later started with Odyssey Beerwerks outside of Denver. Then he spent a year in Portland before returning to Colorado. His repertoire includes non-traditional beers as well as India pale ales and Belgian ales.
Bauducco was formerly an assistant brewer at Mike Hess Brewing in San Diego, and operated a mobile canning line in Southern California. He plans to complete his professional certificate in brewing from UC San Diego extension.
The brewery that opened four years ago also went through an expansion to accommodate a Wild Goose canning line, a 40-barrel fermenter, and a large distribution cold room.
