Currently completing the hiring process, family-owned Archi’s Thai Bistro is very close to debuting its fourth local restaurant, moving into its first expansion to Eastern Avenue.
Occupying the prominent corner space at the Beltway Plaza at 9310 S. Eastern Ave., Archi’s Thai replaces a 2,634-square-foot shuttered Baja Fresh, close to the intersection with Serene Avenue.
This section of the always busy retail hub is already home to Poke Poku, QQ Boba Tea, and Pho King.
Specializing in “100% authentic” Thai food since its launch in 2004, the Archi’s menu has chosen not to “combine elements from other cultures,” preferring to focus on recipes “passed down from generation to another” and concentrate on “flavors from the five basic flavor groups: bitter, sweet, sour, salty, and spicy.”
Still serving in Spring Valley, at Archi’s Thai Cafe at Village Square and Archi’s Thai Kitchen at the Phoenix Plaza on West Flamingo Road, opening hours on Eastern Avenue have yet to be announced, but the three other locations are open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and offer lunch specials until 3 p.m.
