Sharky’s Modern Mexican Kitchen now has a location in the Southwest, officially opening over the weekend on Blue Diamond Road near Decatur Boulevard. The fast-casual restaurants will officially opened the doors to their newest location over the weekend with its menu of organic, all-natural, and non-GMO ingredients. Vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free diners can find something on the menu to satisfy their tastes.

Dishes here include the guajillo braised pork taco, chorizo-spiced roasted cauliflower and mushroom taco, organic roasted vegetable bowl, and the summer harvest salad. Classic dishes include nachos, quesadillas, taquitos, and enchiladas, while diners can mix and match tacos such as the grilled wild fish or shrimp, chipotle-braised chicken tinga, or grilled Angus steak and roasted mushroom. Burritos, flatbreas, and even a kids’ menu fill out the menu.

The new 2,915-square-foot location sits next to next to a Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, and Fruits & Roots.

The original Sharky’s location at Charleston Boulevard and Fort Apache Road also changed its name from Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill to reflect the new branding. This marks the 29th location of the restaurant that spans across California, Oregon, and Southern Nevada.
