Fresh boba, coffee, and tea are the main attractions, but Henderson's Noon’s Boba Cafe also features an eclectic menu of “munchies” its hopes will draw a steady stream of locals to its lounge and outdoor patio.
Taking over the corner 1,504-square-foot former home of Hog’s Heaven BBQ at the intersection of Arroyo Grand Boulevard and Warm Springs Road, the cafe is open long hours and includes a collection of board games to encourage customers to sit for an extended visit.
In addition to familiar smoothie and beverage choices, the menu includes a $2.95 green tea goji berry, or lemongrass and ginger tea, and the $5.55 “Thai Tea Volcano,” a two-tone colored drink with whipped cream.
“Butterfly pea tea” choices include the “lovely pinky milk” or “coconut blue sky” and coffee lovers can opt for a $5.20 black and white mocha. The Cafe also stocks a collection of Italian sodas.
The “munchie” menu has added plenty of desserts, plus funnel cake, Belgium waffles, a fish-shaped taiyaki waffle, and the shaved ice “strawberry bomp.”
Savory choices include “funny toast,” like the $4.95 “rainbow cheese” creation, or diners can snack on veggie egg rolls, lumpia, popcorn chicken, and a “hot dog cheese roll.”
