Correction: This article was updated to reflect the correct chicken restaurant coming to Town Square. Bok a Bok Fried Chicken is not coming. Bok Bok Chicken is opening a location at Town Square.
A newcomer to the Las Vegas market will join an out-of-state success story later this year at Town Square’s purpose-built retail and dining annex, The Landing.
The future home of Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar, a Cafe Rio Mexican Grill, and Sweet Poké’s sushi burritos, the famous breakfast menu of San Diego’s The Broken Yolk Café will now sit next door to Bok Bok Chicken, which already has plans to open three locations in Centennial Hills, Green Valley, and near Summerlin later this year.
Serving Mediterranean dishes, Bok Bok’s fast rise on the local scene brings rotisserie chicken, beef shawarma, and made-to-order falafel. The restaurant also plans to bake its own pita bread and serve Tan and Sumac lemonade.

Few details of the expansion are available, but the counter-service restaurant will back onto Las Vegas Boulevard, close to the Town Square entrance and across the parking lot from Fry’s Electronics and Total Wine & More.
No official confirmation or a timetable for an arrival has been announced.
