The newest hidden restaurant brings together cigars and steaks. Montecristo Cigar Bar and Old Homestead Steakhouse at Caesars Palace teamed up on the Clubhouse at Montecristo by Old Homestead, set up inside a semi-private space inside the cigar bar. Now diners can smoke cigars, drink high-end spirits, and eat a meal in one place.
Cigar aficionados can pick up an Ashton Symmetry Prism and a Montecristo White Toro along with a bone-in porterhouse for two or an Old Homestead classic, the Sherry Brothers New York strip steak, named for Marc and Greg Sherry, the brothers behind the steakhouse. The space features room for 10 guests and comes outfitted with a 55-inch HD television.
Diners can order just about anything from the Old Homestead menu in the restaurant, including a seafood platter, oysters Rockefeller, the Kitchen Sink salad, and the Big Fat Chocolate Cake. Steaks range from the Gotham rib-eye steak to a filet mignon served Oscar style, all dry-aged for a minimum of 30 days.
