The restaurant only arrived in Las Vegas last September, but the “gourmet food fast” of Burgerim has already scheduled a fourth local outpost for its mini-burgers.
Next to arrive will be a Centennial location at the Oso Blanca Pavilions retail center, followed by a previously revealed move to the Coronado Trails Plaza at the corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Robindale Road.
Burgerim is now confirmed to be headed to the Mountain’s Edge Marketplace, anchored by an Albertsons and preparing to add a large number of fast-casual and retail destinations, close to the intersection of Blue Diamond Road and Buffalo Drive.
The 2,00-square-foot space will join fellow future tenants Chicken Shack, L&L BBQ, Crepe Cafe, China A Go Go, Port of Subs, and a yet to be announced sushi restaurant.
All three Burgerim locations under construction are officially promised to be “coming soon.”
On the menu, the specialty 2.8-ounce mini burgers, with diners deciding between three bun choices, five sauces, nine toppings, plus patties of beef, turkey, chicken, lamb, chorizo, salmon, Merguez, Wagyu beef, veggie, or dry-aged beef.
Available in sets of two, three, or 16 burgers, Burgerim also serves chicken wings, salads, and Burgerim slim or sweet potato fries.
