Revealed back in April, California’s Go Greek Yogurt has announced its first Las Vegas yogurteria will debut at the Palazzo’s Waterfall Atrium in mid-August, next to the Barney’s New York department store.
“Master Yogurtiers” will be on hand to serve “a nutritious and alternative solution to regular meals” daily from 8 a.m. until midnight.
Self-described as the “Rolls Royce of Yogurts,” Go Greek’s cultivated up-market image includes dishes served in a “beautiful Terra-Cotta pot flown in from Greece” for an extra charge.
Customers will choose between fresh or frozen yogurt, then add toppings including fresh fruits and superfoods such as goji berries, shaved dark chocolate, flax seed, hemp seed, toasted coconut, and cacao nibs.
In California, the menus at Go Greek’s five locations also includes savory choices such as the dodoni, minos, Greek salad, and tzatziki creations served with pita bread.
