Michael and Jenna Morton, the couple behind Crush at the MGM Grand, reveal just a bit more information about their Greek restaurant slotting behind the restaurant later this fall.
The 2,000-square-foot Greek Sneek features a hidden entrance that leads to the former back room at Crush. About 100 diners can fit in the space with a menu of Mediterranean fare.
Morton Group corporate executive chef William DeMarco built the menu of shared plates, flatbreads, and entrees. Diners can order dishes such as crispy zucchini and eggplant chips served with tzatziki for $14; a lamb meatball flatbread topped with tomatoes and tzatziki for $19; a crab cake with mint yogurt puree, tomatoes, green peppers, olives, and capers for $17; pita sandwiches with chicken, lamb, or steak for $17, $19 or $21, respectively; and shrimp kabobs for $26.
The space features a wood-fired oven used with many of the dishes.
