The $192 million renovations continue at Palace Station with Boathouse Asian Eatery from the brother-and-sister team Cat and Tu Do along with their partner Hans Mogensen from Northern California debuting at the westside casino. Japanese and Chinese fare intermingle on the menu that includes sushi options for lunch and dinner.

The restaurant, which already has an outpost at the Graton Casino in Rohnert Park, California, serves small plates, soups, wok and steamed options, shellfish, sushi, and dishes from a noodle bar.

Some of the signature dishes include salt and cracked pepper crab, ginger lobster with ginger and onion sauce, and black bean basil clams tossed with green onions, ginger, and jalapeños.

The drinks menu includes boutique Sonoma County wines, as well as interesting sake, beer, and cocktails.

Later this year, the restaurateurs open Mumfresh Asian Eats, a casual quick-serve restaurant with teppanyaki dishes inside Palace Station’s Marketplace. Banh mi sandwiches, noodle soups, and Boba teas make that menu.
