Already home to Burgerim and the recently debuted Sea Salt Sushi & Oyster, the casual dining options at the corner of Silverado Ranch Boulevard and Bermuda Road have another new arrival on the way.
Long Beach, New York’s Ah-Sah-EE Cafe will take over a 1,320-square-foot space at the retail center, next door to Marco's Pizza and two doors down from the forthcoming local expansion for Philly Steak & Gyro.
The unusual name helps guests correctly pronounce “açai,” the berries used in many of the cafe’s dishes.
Open just over a year, the original East Coast concept is certified kosher and features a menu including a California açai bowl featuring banana and strawberries, a dragonfruit creation, plus smoothies and chia seed pudding.
An estimated opening date has yet to be announced.
