Expanding the current trend of vegan restaurants headed to the valley, newcomer Bar Boulevard will also be adding a plant-based cocktail bar experience to the mix.
Located at 3315 Russell Road, the bar will take over the easy-to-spot corner building at the Pecos Plaza retail center, at the intersection of Russell and Pecos Roads.
The 2,415-square-foot corner space, featuring a prominent raised roof, will take advantage of an existing dog-friendly patio area on two sides of the restaurant. It joins fellow plaza dining neighbors La Papaya Deli and Hometown Eats.
Scheduled to debut on July 20, Bar Boulevard will be highlighted by craft beer and cocktail recipes prepared by experienced mixologists.
Executive chef Steveo Vegano is overseeing the kitchen, that so far has previewed pad Thai noodles among its 100 percent vegan menu.
Future opening hours have yet to be announced.
