The restaurant features dishes made from Mediterranean recipes passed down from one generation to the next, such as beef shawarma, rotisserie chicken, and made-to-order falafel. Bok Bok will also make its own pita bread each day and offer Tan and Sumac lemonade.

The restaurants will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Bok Bok will employ more than 50 people by the time it opens its third location.
