The Bok Bok Chicken invasion of Las Vegas starts on Aug. 11 when the first of four locations opens in Las Vegas. Diners can head to the first location at 7501 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 100, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and again from 4 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 11 for free eats while supplies last.
By the end of 2018, the Mediterranean eatery plans to open two additional locations in Green Valley and Centennial Hills, with a fourth location debuting in Town Square next year.
The restaurant features dishes made from Mediterranean recipes passed down from one generation to the next, such as beef shawarma, rotisserie chicken, and made-to-order falafel. Bok Bok will also make its own pita bread each day and offer Tan and Sumac lemonade.
Bok Bok Chicken is a fast-casual concept with restaurants ranging in size from 1,100 to2,400 square feet, offering between 36 and 55 seats at each location. The restaurants will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Bok Bok will employ more than 50 people by the time it opens its third location.
