In a possible template for future casual dining expansions, five quick and easy favorites are all headed to a corner hub in Spring Valley.

Construction has yet to begin at the northeast intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Russell Road, but four of the five tenants can be confirmed as having signed leases or are actively interested.

The largest arrival will be a standalone Denny’s diner, expected to match its many local locations and be open around clock.

Next door, El Pollo Loco is setting up a site with a drive-thru window and a third, separate 2,800-square-foot building is actively searching for a restaurant tenant.

The remaining 4,495-square-foot building will host a Cafe Rio Mexican Grill and the fourth local home of Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. Both will have drive-thru windows.

Back in 2012, the retro diner-styled Freddy’s revealed ambitions to eventually expand to eight Las Vegas locations.

No retail, gas station or non-food tenants have been earmarked for the land. A timetable for completion has yet to been announced.
