The “naturally delicious” 7 Leaves Cafe is rapidly growing in Southern California and is making an early jump into the bustling Las Vegas coffee shop marketplace, launching in Chinatown this summer.

Dubbed the “Asian Starbucks,” and expanding to 16 West Coast cafes by the end of the year, 7 Leaves will take over the shuttered Fat Dumpling at The Center at Spring Mountain, a short distance west of Lee’s Sandwiches.

Created by a group of seven, including four brothers, the heavily ambitious “leaves” have developed a business model to grow to 200 stores over the next 10 years.

On the simple menu, Vietnamese, house special, and black “sea cream” coffees, plus 12 different teas, including herbal, jasmine, taro milk, Japanese matcha, and strawberry hibiscus options, with add-ons of honey boba, aloe vera and grass jelly.

The cafe also sells individual macarons, in 10 different flavors, including salted caramel, rose water, Earl Gray, and banana creme pie.

Currently hiring, an estimated opening date, or future hours have yet to be announced.
