Confirming a future debut at the Grand Canal Shoppes, the Korean-owned, California-based Honeymee has also revealed its first Las Vegas location, set to be unveiled at the Fashion Show mall later this summer.
Building its menu around soft, creamy ice cream, drizzled with honey or pieces of honeycomb, the counter service outpost will take over the recently shuttered GoGo Poke, better known as the former site of the Red Velvet Cafe. The poke concept with big plans for further expansions, has also closed its original Azusa, California, store.
With a potential 4,268 square feet to fill, a new rendering points to plenty of seating to enjoy Honeyee’s full menu of matcha milkshakes, hot and iced teas, Belgian liege waffles filed with Nutella or cream cheese, and the “Babbe,” a sweet bun topped with multi-grain granola and a choice of “true milk” ice cream.
The precise Grand Canal Shoppes location is still yet to be announced.
