Yet to be officially announced, new signage is breaking news the latest Centennial dining import will be a Las Vegas favorite for sushi, hibachi grills, and teppanyaki tables.
Ohjah Japanese Steakhouse will take over one of the two remaining empty pads at the Oso Blanca Pavilions retail center. Th empty site at the intersection of Oso Blanca Road and Durango Drive had originally been pitched as suitable for a 4,200-square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru.
The mixed use hub is already home to Marco’s Pizza, a Capriotti’s, the recently opened shaved ice creations at The Frozen Fog, and the soon-to-debut Burgerim burger outlet.
Touted as “coming soon,” but yet to start construction, this will mark the sixth Ohjah Steakhouse. A casual Ohjah Noodle House offshoot was launched in 2016.
Created back in 2010 by chef Zhigang Wang, the very popular menu includes hibachi combo deals, sushi or sashimi specials, tempura and katsu entrees, cut and hand rolls, udon, and a long list of “signature rolls.”
