Henderson’s growing list of bespoke coffee shops continues, with two new brands looking to roast and pour a quality cup for its customers.
Confirmed for the Maryland and Eastern Shopping Center, Dark Moon Coffee Roasters describes itself a family-owned and operated venture, launching a combination roasting facility and cafe at the intersection of Sunridge Heights Parkway and Eastern Avenue.
Occupying a 1,600-square-foot space next door to the I Love Sushi restaurant, Dark Moon has revealed few details, but is promising a winter 2018 debut.
Sharing even less information, real estate broker Logic has penciled in a standalone space for Founders Coffee to take over the corner of St. Rose Parkway and Amigo Street. The under construction retail center will also host The Lodge tavern.
Created by Main Street and Downtown Summerlin’s MTO Cafe, Founders Coffee is currently helping run the Little Rainbow Cafe at The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada downtown.
Founders is also scheduled for another yet to be announced outpost at Durango Drive and Teco Avenue in the southwest. No opening date timetable for either location has been posted.
