Wahoo’s Fish Taco announced that it will soon be open and serving Baja, California-style fish tacos before the end of the month. Right now, staff is training, testing dishes, and almost ready to debut its first expansion into Centennial.

Located in the northwest section of the Centennial Center retail hub, next door to another new arrival, My Pie, and a short walk from Ichi Ramen House, this will be the fourth local Wahoo’s outpost, with more expected next year.

Customers are encourage to eat drink and “play 24/7,” with the 4,322-square-foot corner space pre-approved to install 15 gaming machines.

Choosing from a menu of proteins including “wild caught fish,” Alaskan flounder, carne asada, carnitas, Cajun chicken, shrimp, and tofu, diners can create tacos, enchiladas, burritos, and bowls, plus sides of nachos, tacquitos, “Baja rolls,” and a “homemade chicken tortilla soup.”
