The fifth local expansion for familiar favorite P.F. Chang’s is officially “coming soon” to Town Square, with the “farm to wok” Asian restaurant close to unveiling its corner space.
Located across the street from California Pizza Kitchen and the under construction, first Las Vegas site of Chicken Guy! from celebrity chef Guy Fieri, signage is up and the international brand is currently hiring.
A Las Vegas resident since 1996, P.F. Chang’s already operates on the Strip at the Planet Hollywood Resort, in Rampart Commons on the westside, on Paradise Road north of the Hard Rock Hotel, and at The District at Green Valley Ranch.
Also headed to the open-air retail and entertainment hub, but yet to be revealed, Washington-based, small batch ice cream experts, Mora Ice Creamery will take over 1,380 square feet in front of the Double Helix Wine & Whiskey Lounge. And newcomer Cookies & Dough will replace the shuttered Godiva chocolate store.
An unconfirmed replacement for the Claim Jumper restaurant is also possibly on the way. Vacant since last fall, Marlin Bar, a recent off-shoot from the highly successful Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar chain, has been penciled-in to fill the 7,300-square foot space. Tommy Bahama has been a fixture on Town Square’s east side since 2008, but this tentative new addition has not been publicly announced.
