A new concept “coming soon” to the Fashion Show mall food court will spotlight local restaurateur Lovepreet Singh’s spin on chicken wings and fast-casual favorites, and provide a challenge for lovers of very hot meals.
Headed into the former counter-service home of Chicken Connection, next to a Subway, Wing Addiction will feature “zesty Indian spices” among its wings and tenders flavors, plus the chance for diners to face a “near death” and “eat at your own risk” experience by purchasing a $3.99, single piece, “Carolina Reaper and Ghost Chili” super hot chicken serving.
Already the operator of India Masala Cuisine a few steps away and also preparing the launch of Cartel Takos in the mall, Singh recently launched the 24 hour Indian menu at Mirchi, across from Mandalay Bay. His other 24-hour venture, Curry Pot, has been open around the clock at the Grand Canal Shoppes since 2016.
On the Wing Addiction menu, a six-piece wing combo for $10.99 including a soda and “Krispy Tots,” with eight-, 12- and 30-piece deals available. Tenders arrive in three-, five-, seven- and 12-piece servings, and “chicken oysters” can be bought in “little” or “big” buckets. Sides include, cauliflower wings, loaded tots, waffle cones with chicken, and for dessert, macaroon ice cream sandwiches.
In addition to the two highly fiery flavors, customers can order roasted jalapeño, house Buffalo, “smokey chipotle,” red Thai Curry, Cajun, or milder alternatives.
