Fans of CraftHaus Brewery will soon have a second home to sip on the Henderson beer haven’s drafts. Owners Wyndee and Dave Forrest plan to open a tasting room in the Arts District in 2019.
The 1,800-square-foot space gets a interior revamp from Ryan and Yanina Allord of RAD studio, who plan to deck it out in concrete, marble, and CraftHaus green decor.
Every specialty beer and one-off brew will rotate through the 24 taps. Neighboring Esther’s Kitchen provides the menu.
The new spot located at 197 California St., around the corner from Casa Don Juan, plans to open next spring. Back in July, the brewery landed two new brewers, Cameron Fisher who took over as head brewer and Bryson Bauducco, the new assistant brewer.
CraftHaus celebrates its fourth anniversary at the Henderson location on Sept. 15 with the Splosion Fest from 6 to 10 p.m. General admission tickets start at $35 with unlimited pours and a keeper glass.
