Don’t call them sliders. Tel-Aviv-born franchise Burgerim has a huge amount of confidence in the Las Vegas fast-casual market and despite only operating a single southeast home for its 2.8-ounce mini-burger menu, has four more locations already in the works,
The latest expansion to be revealed is confirmed for Henderson, moving into the huge Shoppes at Parkway retail development, opposite the under construction Costco site.
Located at St. Rose Parkway and Amigo Street, future neighbors already suggested by real estate brokers include The Lodge tavern, Founders Coffee, Panda Express, Qdoba Mexican Eats, and a Denny’s.
Promised to be “coming soon,” Burgerim will join a Centennial location at the Oso Blanca Pavilions retail center and southwest outposts at the Coronado Trails Plaza at the corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Robindale Road and the Mountain’s Edge Marketplace, close to the intersection of Blue Diamond Road and Buffalo Drive.
The smaller size of the Burgerim burgers encourages diners to to customize their own meal from a choice of “3 buns, 6 sauces, 11 patties, and 9 unconventional toppings.” Among the options, beef, turkey, chicken, lamb, chorizo, salmon, Merguez, Wagyu beef, veggie, or dry-aged beef patties.
