Mandarin Oriental gets ready to convert to the Waldorf Astoria with a targeted turnover date on Aug. 29.
So far, Twist by Pierre Gagnaire with its French menu remains intact at least through the end of the year. But two other food and beverage outlets change.
MOZen Bistro converts to Zen Kitchen, still an all-day restaurant with Asian dishes and a weekend brunch. Mandarin Bar changes to SkyBar with the same views of the Strip from the 23rd floor.
Also remaining, afternoon tea service at the Tea Lounge next door to Mandarin Bar/SkyBar.
That changeover from the Mandarin Oriental brand to the Waldorf Astoria comes with a $50 million renovation this summer taking place slowly.
Mandarin Oriental originally opened on the Strip in November 2009 as a part of CityCenter.
