Another indicator of Centennial Hills becoming a booming destination for casual-dining brands, the second of five local Burgerim “gourmet mini-burger” franchises has debuted at the Oso Blanca Pavilions retail center.
Located at the intersection of Oso Blanca Road and Durango Drive, the 2,000-square-foot counter-service space sits next door to the Hawaiian shaved ice of the Frozen Frog. Both businesses are waiting to announce final opening hours once they get up to speed.
Tel-Aviv-born, the Burgerim specialty is customizable, 2.8-ounce mini burgers. Diners can choose from eight different patties, including wagyu, dry-aged, and merguez beef, or opt for chicken breast, salmon, “veggie,” and falafel alternatives.
White or wheat bun options can upgraded with “veggie” sides, eight different sauces and four cheese selections, with “premium” additions of avocado, bacon, fried egg, mushrooms, and onion rings.
Also available, chicken wings and strips, Caesar and house salads, and milkshakes.
The retail center is already home to Marco’s Pizza, a Capriotti’s, and on the way, Ohjah Japanese Steakhouse is waiting to start construction on a prominent corner lot.
A little further along Oso Blanco Road, the long-delayed Sagos Tavern & Brew Pub has revived plans to build a 3,869-square-foot sequel to its very popular Spring Valley and Chinatown lounges.
