If Guy Fieri has his way, his newest restaurant goes from one location to many if he has his way. He tells Florida Today that Chicken Guy!, which opened this summer at Disney Springs, has big expansion plans on the way.

“You may be seeing more of us in the future,” he says.

His business partner, restaurateur Robert Earl — the man behind Buca di Beppo, Cafe Hollywood at Planet Hollywood, and Earl of Sandwich, among others, as well as Chicken Guy! — already confirmed a second location opening at Town Square.

While Las Vegas awaits the third Fieri restaurant in Las Vegas, joining Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar at The Linq and El Burro Borracho at the Rio, the UNLV grad did dish on what to expect at Chicken Guy! The menu in Disney Springs features dishes that cost no more than $8.99, and that’s for salads. The fried and grilled chicken tenders run $5.99 or $7.99. Staff, dubbed “slingers,” carry 22 different sauces that reside in holsters for diners to select. Spicy peri-peri, avocado crema, and Asian-inspired curry mayo are just three of those sauces.

The 3,000-square-foot corner space at Town Square sits directly across from California Pizza Kitchen and the soon to debut P.F. Chang’s.
