In a record time frame, the first all vegan craft cocktail and restaurant in Las Vegas closed after less than a month in business.
Operating out of the distinctive corner building at the intersection of Russell and Pecos Roads, Bar Boulevard debuted on July 30 and closed 12 days later. A grand opening had been scheduled for the end of August.
Posting to social media, the owners explained, “due to management changes and renovations, we will be closed until further notice.” They also assured early customers, “please stay tuned for our re-launching. And give us another try. We will have updated hours of operation, updated menu and staff ready to be at your service.”
Exactly one month later, the restaurant has yet to announce a possible timetable for a return.
The 2,415-square-foot corner space with a dog-friendly patio served a collection of specialty cocktails and a dining menu that featured breakfast burritos, gluten-free pancakes, soups, and salads, plus entrees of vegan spins on tuna melts, Buffalo wraps, fish tacos, and “raw pad thai.”
