A boozy Mexican brunch makes its debut this weekend with deep-fried breakfast chimichangas, bacon churros, and avocado toast galore, plus bottomless beverages.
Nacho Daddy kicks brunch off on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with classic orange, pineapple, grapefruit, cranberry, or strawberry mimosas or bottomless bloody Marys at the West Sahara location at 9560 W. Sahara Ave.
New brunch items include a yogurt parfait, lobster and crab cake Benedict, cornflake-crusted French toast, avocado toast with Nacho Daddy’s house-made guacamole, and papas bravas. That deep-fried breakfast chimi gets stuffed with scrambled eggs, a choice of bacon or sausage, cheese, ranchero salsa, and crispy hash browns with Hollandaise sauce, chips, and salsa. A half-pound brunch burger gets smashed with onions and applewood-smoked bacon, topped with cheddar cheese, crispy hash browns, and a sunny side up egg, served on a butter-toasted brioche bun with fries on the side. The bacon churro comes covered in caramel and applewood-smoked bacon, served with whipped cream and a side of caramel sauce. And huevos rancheros feature a soft corn tortilla, eggs any style smothered in ranchero sauce, melted cheese, refried beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
Diners can order bacon, sausage, Texas toast, eggs, and hash browns on the side, or get the restaurant’s regular menu items as well.
This location features a self-serve craft beer wall.
