Featuring a welcome from its blue bear mascot on the door, the Bbear Cafe has debuted on Spring Mountain, taking over the former Volcano Cafe on Spring Mountain Road.
Located between Lee’s Korean BBQ and the Greenland Supermarket at the Korean Town Plaza, Bbear serves a collection of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, mocha, caramel, and chocolate “bearccinos,” plus shakes, slushes, and boba teas.
Taiyaki-, red bean-, and Nutella-filled fish-shaped desserts were already a popular item at the Volcano Cafe, but Bbear is preparing them as the cone for its range of ice cream fillings. Priced at $5.95, diners chose a vanilla, taro, or soft serve combination and toppings including Pocky, rainbow sprinkles, and gummy bears.
Shakes also arrive in variety of flavors, including avocado, honeydew, or matcha.
