The second of five planned Bok Bok Chicken restaurants is almost ready to debut in Henderson, with a Mediterranean spin on fast-casual dining.
The first location opened earlier this summer on the westside and the new corner site launching on Oct. 5 will be similar in style, keeping the same menu and opening hours of 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.
Located at at 725 S. Green Valley Parkway, close to Horizon Ridge Parkway, Bok Bok replaces the shuttered Hot Head Burritos, a few steps from Donut Mania.
On the menu, shawerma, falafel, and rotisserie chicken plates, pita sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts including baklava and gatnaboor rice pudding
Next, the company will head north to 6572 N. Decatur Boulevard, plus an expansion to the southwest, with a move next year into Town Square.
