Lakeside, the seafood restaurant on the Lake of Dreams at Wynn Las Vegas, now serves Sunday Jazz Brunch every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with live Dixieland-style jazz and blues hits by The David “Mojo” Poe ensemble.
Executive chef David Walzog’s menu features hot mini-croissants, malasadas, bagels, sliced fruits and berries, avocado toast, and butters and jams. Diners will pick up dishes from a raw bar and seafood specialties from the “SS Lakeside” — the restaurant’s signature boat filled with Alaskan king crab legs,jumbo shrimp, oysters on the half shell, king crab salad, big eye tuna poke, and more. Made-to-order brunch dishes include lemon ricotta pancakes, wild mushroom and Gruyere cheese omelet, crab cake eggs Benedict with miso Hollandaise, chicken and mushroom crepes, blackened swordfish with citrus peppers, Lakeside cheeseburger, char-grilled flat iron steak frites, and more.
Executive pastry chef Andy Jin creates chocolate and vanilla profiteroles; passion fruit meringue tartelettes; Kona coffee pot du crèmes; as well as freshly baked cookies, cakes, candies, and bon-bon chocolates.
The Sunday Jazz Brunch prix fixe menu is $68 per person and $34 for children 10 and under. Diners may select from two optional beverage packages: one includes limitless bloody Marys, Prosecco, mimosas, or Sugarloaf white pineapple Bellinis for $40 per person while the other features the above along with limitless Veuve Clicquot Champagne for $65 per person.

Giada De Laurentiis’ second Las Vegas restaurant, Pronto by Giada at Caesars Palace, now serves a traditional sit-down brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the wine bar and retail area for $49 for adults and $20 for kids.
Five stations make up the brunch. One includes meat, cheese, and seafood station with dishes such as mortadella, prosciutto, pink peppercorn-crusted goat cheese, grana Padano, marinated olives, a selection of jams and breads, and grilled vegetables.
The salad and bagel station includes pasta salads, a variety of bagels including the Pronto-exclusive Italian bagel, smoked salmon with spreads such as the sundried tomato spread, and shrimp served with Calabrian cocktail sauce.

The made-to-order omelet station offers traditional and some non-traditional ingredients including baby kale, pecorino, confit cherry tomatoes, red pepper, prosciutto cotto, and more. The Pronto Omelet features Cotto ham, mozzarella cheese, portabella mushroom, yellow onions, red and yellow bell peppers.
The carving station features Cacciatore-rubbed turkey breast and Tuscan beef tenderloin.
The fruits, dessert and cake station comes with mini tiramisus, mini chia parfaits, bottomless lemon ricotta cookies, and cakes by the slice, including the Italian Flag cake.
Every brunch includes a basket of Pronto signature mini-pastries.
Beverage packages are themed around regions. For $15, diners can experience the tastes of Italy, for $30 California and Italian selections, and for $50, French, California, and Italian selections. Bellinis, mimosas, and bloody Marys also make the menu.
