A First Look Inside the Very French Bistro at The Linq Promenade

A new spot to do some people watching

The Linq Promenade introduced its newest restaurant right before Christmas with a menu of French fare and American classics. Favorite Bistro brings cuisine from executive chef Adil Slassi, formerly at Lavo at the Palazzo and the former Payard Patisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace, and pastries from Claude Escamilla, all from U.S. founder Jeremy Decherchi who brought the restaurant stateside from Paris.

The recipe for the design mixes even parts lively, fun, and tasty. Diners can sit at social banquettes or bistro tables, while a patio dining space gives customers a prime view of the people watching at The Linq Promenade. The interior of the 2,500-square-foot restaurant was custom-built from France and designed by a team from Paris with more than three generations of millwork and design experience.

On the menu, a surf and turf with lobster or shrimp choices, as well as short ribs bourguignon, cassoulet, and lamb shanks. French onion soup joins the hangover burger served with caramelized onion, Swiss cheese, bacon cheese curds, and a fried egg, served on a brioche bun.
