Local creators of Mediterranean fast-casual fare Bok Bok Chicken are expanding at a rapid pace, and are now serving at three Las Vegas locations after launching on the westside last August.
The latest 3,402-square-foot counter-service restaurant replaces a former Metro Diner at the corner of Tee Pee Lane and Tropicana Avenue. The diner lasted less than a year in the standalone space.
Featuring a menu created “from our grandmothers’ recipes,” diners can order beef shawarma, chicken and falafel pitas or paninis, rotisserie chicken dishes, salads, and soups, plus desserts including baklava.
Currently hiring for a fourth site at 6572 Decatur Blvd. in North Las Vegas, the team edges closer to Strip with a fifth restaurant moving into The Landing at Town Square later in the year.
Bok Bok Chicken, 9595 W. Tropicana Ave., 702-209-2824. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
