In the works for more than two years, a locals’ favorite for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is expanding to Henderson.
Currently hiring, Norm’s Diner hopes to debut at the Champion Village Plaza in early February, located at the intersection of the 215 and Gibson Road.
Chef and namesake owner Norm Chan began his career at the former Las Vegas Hilton, highlighted by a memorable interaction with Elvis Presley, chronicled on the back page of the diner’s menu. A tie-in “Elvis Chopped Steak” is served from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The new location will sit close to Gata Thai Cuisine and Bistro Pizza.
Still open daily in Spring Valley, the former Norm’s Egg Cafe moved into its current, corner site on Durango Drive in early 2017.
On the large menu, familiar breakfast specials, a roster of lunch burgers and sandwiches, and a diverse collection of dinner entrees, including salmon teriyaki and osso buco.
Norm’s also claims to to offer the “best benedicts in town,” created with freshly made Hollandaise sauce and options of crab cakes, shrimp & avocado and filet of beef.
