The hotel, which breaks ground later this year, plans to feature a rooftop pool and bar looking out at Camelback Mountain with weekend brunches. Caesars also has a non-gaming Caesars Palace resort opening along the coast of Puerto Los Cabos, Mexico. [EaterWire]
