Joining the recent move toward more health-conscious quick-dining options at the Venetian and Palazzo, Southern California franchise Panini Kabob Grill will bring its full service to the resorts’ shopping center late this year.
Promised to fill “a prime Las Vegas location in front of the Grand Canal Shoppes,” the restaurant had grown to 14 locations in under two years, serving a broad Mediterranean-inspired menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and also offering a selection of kid-friendly choices.
Yet to be announced by the venue, the grill plans to expand to “several” out-of-state sites “by the end of 2019,” with the first priority being the new Strip home.
The menu is created with “organic eggs, the best imported olive oil and cheeses from Europe, grass-fed and hormone free meats,” and includes salads, the namesake panini sandwiches, taftoon bread wraps, kabob skewers, and banana bread pudding and baklava for dessert.
