The highest restaurant in Las Vegas gets a whole new look to go along with those 360-degree views of the city. Top of the World, on the 106th floor of the Stratosphere, now boasts a modern new look, part of a remodel for the entire resort.
Gone are the white tablecloths, replaced with tables with a Kinon surface that reflects the sky and gives a new spin to the look of the city and surrounding mountains.
The candle holders that look like street lights add to the look of the restaurant. New chairs and reupholstered furniture in grays and blues, round out the look of the dining room, which rotates 360 degrees every 80 minutes. A redesigned lobby, better lighting, and a new sound system round out the renovations to the restaurant that sits 800 feet above the city.
In November, the Stratosphere opened a 24-hour cafe. Strat Café & Wok sits on the main casino floor, serving a combination of comfort food and Asian fare.
