Classic Rock Coffee Co. opens in the southeast, providing creative spins on beverages and small dishes in a setting designed to turns the heads of any music fan more than two years since the coffee shop first announced it was coming soon to Las Vegas,
Now open at the Sprouts-anchored retail center, right at the corner of Silverado Ranch and Maryland Parkway and facing Veggy Street and Maui Tacos, the rock-themed coffee shop features an interior filled with memorabilia and musical instruments mounted on the wall.
The interior features an Abbey Road-inspired mural with The Beatles all carrying cups of coffee, and a framed tribute to the 1969 Woodstock music festival. The menu includes coffee, frappes, smoothies, protein shakes, pastries, and anytime breakfast options.
Among the opening week choices, the War Pig ciabatta sandwich, a bacon and egg toasted flatbread, and Raspberry Beret or Purple Haze flavored drinks.
