Following 13 years and three very popular Las Vegas locations, Pho Saigon 8 is headed to Centennial to become the only dedicated Vietnamese restaurant for miles around.
The restaurant promises that it’s coming soon, with the possibility of a debut by the end of October. The casual space opens at 6710 N. Hualapai Way, inside the Albertsons-anchored retail center at the intersection with the 215.
Keeping similar long hours to its Rainbow Boulevard, Spring Mountain, and Eastern Avenue predecessors, the Centennial space is tentatively scheduled to be open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Listed within the restaurant’s multi-page, laminated menus, rice plates featuring grilled pork chop, chicken, and Korean barbecue beef ribs; more than 15 pho combinations prepared with beef, pork, or chicken broth; a full roster of vermicelli bowls; uncommon beverages including preserved plum with club soda; and red bean-based desserts.
