Weathering the economic fortunes of Tivoli Village since 2011, popular local destination Leoné Café is almost ready to return from a summer of upgrades.
Featuring improvements and additions to the kitchen, the coffee shop is currently waiting on a health inspection department inspection within the next seven days before it returns to serving casual breakfast, lunch, and dinner options and a full range of hot and cold beverages.
A few steps away, the long-vacant home of the Kabuki Japanese restaurant is being transformed into SeaBream and its menu of oysters and Asian-inspired seafood specialties.
Originally hoped to be ready by the fall and now promising a winter 2019 debut, chef Jill Montinola formerly of Seaspice Brasserie & Lounge in Miami has relocated to Las Vegas and will use “different Asian inspired umami flavors to elevate the dishes.”
