Five months after first revealed, Cake Boss star Buddy Valastro finally confirms his new fast-casual concept is headed to the Strip.
Pizzacake is moving into a high-profile location inside a former retail store at Harrah’s Las Vegas, right on Las Vegas Boulevard.
The 441-square-foot open patio will be equipped with a dessert-serving ATM, a pick up window for a quick bite, and seating next to a six-foot-tall, six-layer, rainbow-colored vanilla cake sculpture.
Inside, the counter-service space will be open to the casino floor and add table seating, stand up counters, a freestyle Coke dispenser, and display cases showcasing pizza and pastries.
Pizzacake will attempt to differ from the multitude of options along the Strip and Valastro shared with Fox Business, “We’re not going to be doing pizza in its traditional form, but more of a Roman-style, or focaccia-style pizza where people can grab a slice and go.”
Valastro did not announce an estimated opening date.
