A restaurant row is quickly laying a foundation for the future in North Las Vegas, hiring locals, luring diners from further afield, and bringing familiar names to a previously ignored stretch of Craig Road.
Red Lobster opened inside a built-from-scratch, 5,588-square-foot restaurant east of the intersection with Camino al Norte Road on what was an empty patch of land a year ago.
Currently honoring an endless shrimp promotion, the fourth Las Vegas expansion for the familiar brand sits close to an Applebee’s Grill + Bar.
Neighboring the Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospital, the ongoing, multi-pad development will also be a fifth local home for Black Bear Diner, creating a 5,600-square-foot destination for its all-day breakfast choices and comfort food classics.
And next to an already pouring Starbucks, North Las Vegas’ first Chick-fil A will fill a roomy, 5,100-square-foot building equipped with a drive-thru. Both projects are described as “coming soon.”
Red Lobster, 1870 W. Craig Road, North Las Vegas, 702-508-9100. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
