Think Hooters at the Oyo Hotel & Casino is going away? Think again. Hooters of America LLC just signed a long-term franchise agreement with the former Hooters Casino, which rebranded in August as Oyo, to continue the operation of the Hooters Restaurant & Saloon.
“The Hooters restaurant … has been an icon for many years in Las Vegas, and we are very pleased to have the opportunity for the restaurant to continue serving guests at the hotel and in the surrounding community for years to come,” Mark Whittle, chief development officer for Hooters of America says in a press statement.
That means diners can still order from Hooters Girls, order traditional and boneless chicken wings, and find burgers, seafood dishes, and fan-favorite fried pickles on the menu. Four of those Hooters Girls were recently selected to be included in the 2020 International Hooters Calendar.
Rumors about Hooters Restaurant departing the resort surfaced after the sale in August.
The resort also hosts Steak ‘n Shake with its roster of burgers, a milkshake bar, and new boozy milkshakes including a Jim Beam banana split, Kahlua express, and Cin City with Fireball and Rum Chata.
