The Excalibur reveals a new sports bar with a roster of casual American fare, arcade games, beers, and live entertainment. Vagabond seems to appeal to the younger crowds with its mural, art pieces, and neon signs meant to serve as photo backdrops. A rustic setting features brick walls and wood paneling, as well as string lights.
Diners first see the bar right off the casino floor, surrounded by a beer garden. The main dining room offers booths, tables, and high tops for seating, along with a stage for live music performances. A separate lounge with arcade, board games, tabletop gaming, foosball, shuffleboard, and more keep the crowds from getting bored.
The menu features the Vagaburger with smoked pork belly, white cheddar, fried onion, and barbecue sauce; a Nashville hot chicken sandwich served with a dill pickle and coleslaw; Loco nachos with habanero salsa, carne asada, a three-cheese blend, pickled jalapeño, pico de gallo, guacamole, and crema; a Chicago-style dog with onion, sport peppers, tomato, mustard, and pickle; fried baloney topped with an over-easy egg, American cheese, comeback sauce, and tater tots; chicken wings with a choice of Buffalo, smokey-sweet barbecue, lemon pepper, honey-habanero, or jerk spice sauces; and Nana Puddin’ with Nilla wafers, bananas, and brown sugar.
The space includes a daiquiri bar with drinks to go, along with beers, wine, cocktails, and frozen drinks.
Vagabond is located on Excalibur’s casino floor, next to the Race & Sports Book.
