The Silverado Ranch Place retail center is already home to a diverse collection of pan-Asian dining opportunities and plans are in the works for the addition of two more.
The center, located at the intersection of Siverado Ranch Boulevard and Maryland Parkway, plans to include the southwest’s Doh Korean BBQ, already well on its way to expanding into a 4,037-square-foot corner space, inside a brand new building on the southern side of the retail hub and next door to a future Tropical Smoothie store.
The original Doh location on Rainbow Boulevard opened with all-you-can-eat barbecue specials in early 2016 inside an industrial-styled restaurant designed with brick walls and shiny, metal exhaust pipes hovering over each seat and booth.
While signs are up, an estimated opening date has not been announced.
Recently filed paperwork also lists newcomer Shang Mian as another future tenant. Roughly translated as premium noodles, it has not been confirmed if the concept is connected to other local restaurants with similar names, or Shang-Mian Hospitality LLC created by the operators of the very popular Shang Artisan Noodle on Flamingo Road.
