Island Comfort plans to build its Guam-influenced menu around starches, proteins, and plates. On the future menu, starters of wings, poke, smoked meats, lumpia, and the perennial favorite shrimp patties.

Among the plate lunches, an island surf and turf combination, featuring red rice, shrimp, and an 8-ounce rib eye steak, or the cured beef, tinala’ katne option.

The restaurant is projected to be open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and closed on Tuesdays.
