Packed with curious budget conscious diners when it first launched in late 2014, the Caesars Palace Forum Food Court has seen a predictable turn-over of tenants over the last four years and is now jumping on a current dining trend for its next arrival.
Smoke & Sizzle Barbecue is well on its way to a debut inside the former home of chef Johnny Hernandez’s Mexican street foods concept, La Gloria.
Yet to announce the counter service space, Smoke & Sizzle joins Smoked Burgers & BBQ, already serving a more expansive menu inside the resort’s Forum Shops. Future opening hours and a preview menu have not been announced.
Next to the barbecue, Crepes and More has been serving Intelligentsia coffee for over a year and now includes selections from locals Pinkbox Doughnuts.
Rounding out the remainder of the food court options, The Halal Guys, Difara Pizza and recent addition TaCo, plus three dining options that have stuck around since opening day, Earl of Sandwich, the only Smashburger location on the Strip and the Japanese and Chinese fast casual menu of Tiger Wok & Ramen.
