Family owned Crepe Station’s third local expansion is ready to introduce its made-to-order, sweet and savory dishes to the northwest.
Taking over a corner space at a new retail development created by Dapper Companies, the counter-service restaurant sits a few doors down from another recent arrival, Napoli Pizzeria, close to the intersection of Lake Mead and Jones Boulevards.
Currently in soft-opening mode, ahead of an imminent official grand opening, Crepe Station is expected to keep the same 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. hours as its Sunrise and Westside predecessors.
Launched four years ago, the expanded menu now includes sandwiches, panini, salads, and breakfast crepes and croissants, plus a full range of coffee, frappes, teas, smoothies, and Italian sodas.
The crepes remain the star attractions, all upgradable with red velvet, wheat and gluten-free batters. Customers can add fruit and topping sauces to each dish and pick from a list of fillings, including Nutella, lechera, cajeta, cheese cake, cream cheese, Hershey’s syrup, cinnamon apple, Oreo, and Ferrero chocolate ingredients.
